It’s not all about the big beasties, don’t forget the small creatures too!
Walk amongst the shy endemic game in the 120HA pristine bushveld mixed with riverine and Highveld savanna vegetation. Different biomes revealing the different flora and fauna. Mountain reedbuck, Birchells zebra, Kudu, Blesbok and Red Haartbees and other smaller beasties wander the hills. Excellent bird life includes a variety of raptors both resident and migrant as well as the ever present LBJs. Rehabilitated, released barn owls often attend suppers and can be fed outside the dining room by guests. Kevin, the bushbaby, and his ‘gang’ sometimes arrive at the outside entertainment area for snacks.
